This is the very best service department I have encountered in 50 years of car ownership! I was visiting the area from Massachusetts and had a brake issue that had to be taken care of prior to heading home. Service representative was very friendly and knowledgeable. I was taken care of in a timely manner. My only complaint is that I paid more than $400. For items that should probably have be done before I purchased my car. They were things that were to be done at 30,000 miles, I purchased my car with 33,000 miles on it.?

Every time I've had to go here to get a tire plugged (my tires seem to love nails), the staff has been extremely kind and efficient. This last visit, I had to unexpectedly switch to my donut tire, and the service center was more than willing to adjust my appointment to be a day earlier than scheduled. I have been servicing my vehicles there for the last 10 years! Very friendly, helpful and professional place! Offering a courtesy rides and vehicle loaners of your car needs to stay there longer! Definitely would recommended to anyone!

I was not pressured in any way. Both salesmen and financial department I met were patient and helpful when completing the paperwork. Scott explained many features of the Malibu and suggested the best way to learn all the features was to sit and practice what he explained to me. Scott contacted my insurance company for me and obtained a temporary certificate. He has called and emailed me to follow up and to see if I was happy with my new Malibu and if I had any questions.

This was my first visit to Burke. Brian was my Service technician and from the start he was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I went for an oil change and ended up needing additional work. No pressure, just clearly explained everything and what was needed. Although my visit was much longer than expected, I was very pleased with everything and will definitely be back for service.

Alvin Harris is an amazing team member. He truely values his customers and stands up for what is right He is committed to making Burke a place customers want to come back to. It is not his job to get customers through that door...it is his job to keep them there and he executes an amazing level of satisfaction.

We have always had great service at Burke. We have purchased several cars there too. However, I was surprised on this visit. I heard what sounded like a rolling when I put my foot on the brakes. That was addressed and the sound is gone, my husband felt that we could have been forewarned on our last visit, which was the last time the oil was changed, that the brakes and rotors were not good.
